2. Estimates and Pricing
Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate unless otherwise noted.
Additional work requested after the estimate is accepted may result in additional charges.
Texas sales tax will be applied where required by law.
3. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.

Returned checks and declined payments may be subject to additional fees permitted by law.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the service location.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply only to eligible equipment and components.
Unless otherwise stated in your written proposal:
Labor is warrantied for one (1) year from the date of installation.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and registration requirements.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, power surges, flooding, acts of nature, or lack of maintenance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chill South Texas LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
